Legal

Jehan Radwan is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hello@ionhmedia.com for any question about this policy or about your data.

Data you give us: the name, email address, company, budget range and project details you submit through our contact or application forms, plus anything you send us by email.

Data collected automatically: standard technical information your browser transmits when you visit, including IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate to keep the site secure and to understand which content is useful.

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, to deliver and support services under a contract, to operate and secure the website, to improve our content and design, and to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Our legal bases are your consent (where asked), the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering one, our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, and compliance with Swiss and EU law where applicable.

We use only what is necessary to make the site work, together with privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiles. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; core parts of the site will still work.

We rely on a small number of processors to host the site, store form submissions, send email and generate aggregated statistics. They act on our instructions, are bound by confidentiality, and may process data outside Switzerland or the EEA. In that case we rely on recognised transfer safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable follow-up period. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the statutory retention periods that apply to business and accounting records. Technical logs are kept short-term.

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@ionhmedia.com and we will respond without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport, access control and least-privilege access to stored submissions. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as fully secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through web forms.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page with the date shown below.
