Terms of use for this website, together with our legal imprint. Engagement terms for client work are agreed individually in contract.
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of ionhmedia.com and the information published on it. By using the site you accept them. Client work is governed separately: the commercial terms, scope, timeline and deliverables of every engagement are agreed in an individual written contract or proposal, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.
2. Information on this site
The content is provided for general information about our services. We prepare it with care, but we give no warranty that it is complete, current, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and it may change or be removed at any time without notice.
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial or professional advice, an offer, or a guarantee of any specific result. Case studies, figures and examples describe past work and are not a promise of comparable outcomes.
3. Intellectual property
All text, design, code, imagery and marks on this site belong to Jehan Radwan or her licensors and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may view and share the pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, adaptation, republication or commercial use requires our prior written consent. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners and are shown for reference only.
4. Third-party links
Where we link to external sites we do so for convenience. We have no control over their content, availability or data practices and accept no responsibility for them.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and secure, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and may suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of it at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jehan Radwan is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business, arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the information on it. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, remains unaffected.
7. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The ordinary courts at our registered seat in Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. The version published here at the time of your visit applies.
